Training Programs

The Secovi University is a pioneering initiative in the Brazilian real estate market. Its main goal is to train and develop businesspeople and professionals engaged in real estate to excel in their trade in a globally diverse world. Located in the city of São Paulo, the University works in partnership with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and offers internationally recognized designations, thereby opening up opportunities for Brazilian realtors to work in foreign countries. The courses provided by the Secovi University include Condominium Management, Building Management, Building Security and Maintenance, and Real Estate Contracts. The University also offers a postgraduate course in Real Estate Business in partnership with the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP) and in Land Parceling, among other real estate related courses.

Also geared to professional training and development, Secovi-SP offers the Essential Qualification Program (EQP), which certifies companies in Real Estate Sale and Purchase, Leasing and Building Management. Participation in this certification program provides companies with a significant competitive edge as regards market preference, while assuring customers that services are delivered in an ethical, efficient and quality manner.
